Small white tags like under penis skin
Hi doctor , there is tiny white 7 to 8 skin tags like something under my penis forehead skin. there is no any pain or something..this is from last 2 to 3 years...what is this pls provide your valuable solution.is it harmful..i am attaching zoomed picture here..pls suggest
