Small white heads in forehead

It's been two years ago when it started. Now it's increasing in size and number. These look like white heads on my forehead. Sometimes painful and itchy also. IN summer when they come in contact with sweat, start itching. Please suggest that you think is best to cure. Thank you Regards Chetna
