Doctor the problem that is presented to me is that I have some small warts in my penis but very small around but I am 19 years old and never in my life I had sexual intercourse any sexual contact with anyone

They may not be warts. Warts are due to a virus called HPV which you get by sexual contact. They are probably pearly penile papules. They are only of cosmetic concern and can be removed with laser.
