My small tooth in between two normal tooth paining since few days when it pains it affects eyes head also and the its colour also turns to brown black so plz give me some home remedies or some tube to turn the teeth again white and also solve the paining

It's a root piece of milk tooth. It requires to be removed...only solution. Delay the pain by regular brushing and keeping the area clean
