Small spongy lump on my scrotum
Today suddenly I noticed little bulged spongy like lump on my scrotum( Just behind my penis)like air filled and if I pressed its not paining. Is this something i need to take doctor consultation immediately?
Note:Im currently under medication for
teratozoospermia and low testosterone
