Small skin colored bumps on the nose
Hi Doctor, since 1yr,few visibly small skin colored bumps are forming on my nose and increasing in count frequently with time.I consulted a dermatologist but I didn't see any result even after using prescribed benzoyl peroxide ointments for many months. My nose is oily most of the time so, I am using AHA/BHA face wash, OTC ADAPALENE GEL in order to prevent oil formation which further helps to not get blackheads or whiteheads, but no change and the skin bumps keep on spreading which in turn changing the appearance and texture of my nose.Could you please suggest me what are these bumps and can they be cured with medication or treatment. Please let me know the detailed description for this skin problem and any creams for preventing the skin bumps from forming again. Thanks in advance. please find attached the picture for your reference.

Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. Treatment depends on the grade of pimples or acne..So, please  send more photos by direct online consultation as it's a must to see which grade of pimples or acne for accurate diagnosis and treatment.

The bumps you are referring to need procedural intervention and may not resoond to creams alone. They are possibly scars or gland hypertrophy. Please take a consultation for more guidance.
