Small scars and black spots on face,back

Hai doctor .I have some small black scars on my face and back .i am 23 yrs old unmarried.My menses normal.Dermatologist told that this is called acne.He gave saferet 20 , azithromycin and gas tablets and many creams and derclean is it necessary to use all of those chemicals on my face .Is it really acne or some other thing please help ?. Thank you
