Small sac , Baby in flex position 12week

Dear Doctors , We have been asked to do ultrasound scan during 12 week pregnancy but the baby is not giving position since last 2 days after several trials and baby is in flex position also radiologist told that sac size is small. Usually it is for 2 baby size and for my wife it's small not even enough for 1 baby and water level is also low in sac .Babys hands legs brain are seen developed but we have been told that there could be some chromosomal defects and possibility of abnormalities as babys nasal bone is not visible in front position and baby is not changing the position.Doctor have given small hint not to continue. We are so worried and not sure what to do kindly help us with your experience and guidance.Thank you very much.
