Small red spots below the penis tip
I have observed red spots below the tip of my penis, these are at the bottom part of the penis, where the tip part of penis ends, i wash my penis regularly but they either become less or become less red but they are not going away, it's been almost a month, is it because of too much sweating, or some STD infection or any bacterial infection, there is itching as well especially after urinating and hence i am starting to get worried now. Please tell me the remedies and causes and possible name of the disease.
