Small pustules around inner thighs
My baby pooped 8-9 times on day 3 after birth. Since then he has developed these little pustules in the entire inner thigh area. I am applying desitin rash cream. What is this?

It's a fungal infection not responding to dusting powder, please visit your pediatrician or dermatologist in your area. Needs proper evaluation and treatment
