Small pox n chicken pox r to different viral infections. As small pox is totally eradicated in the country u may not worry about it. For Chicken pox there is vaccine available as preventive measure if u did not have chicken pox in yr child hood then u can get vaccinated but not likely at yr age.of 43 yrs that u would get it.

Hi there...I can understand your concern. Chicken pox or varicella usually manifests with fluid filled lesions. It usually subsides spontaneously with a week or two. Usually it will be associated with fever, bodyache. It is important to diagnose the condition correctly. Sometimes antivirals like acyclovir, valcyclovir are given. So kindly consult a dermatologist for further evaluation
