Small pimples on face.
I am having small pimples on face and neck. Not the big ones with fluid inside. Sometimes a little pimple pop up just like a dot and if I wash my face it breaks and becomes like a small red spot. It leaves mark on my face. On touching cheeks with palm, it feels something grainy all over the face.

Acne can be treated easily with facewash, tablets and creams. Some people have more oilyness on the face which results in breakouts.
