Small pimples like on bum
Ma'am, I have small pimples like things on my bumps ie buttocks. it's for years, sometimes two to three otherwise many more.They heal themselves but occur again.It has left marks there.Pls help me out.I feel bad to consult any doctor face to face.

Don't be shy and consult a Dermatologist.
Acne treatment has multiple stages - to control new breakouts, to clear the sequalae (pigmentation and scars) and to prevent a relapse.
If you have active acne lesions, it should be controlled on priority basis.
