Small patch on head.
I have lost a small patch of hair on my head. This has happened to me before as well. When I went to see the doctor at that time, it was told to me that this was due the fungus. So this was treated by giving injection on that area and a cream. Also I took medication for this for some time. And after this My hairs were back and the patch vanished. Now the patch has come again but at different area on the head. My problem is I dont remember the name of the injection and the medication. Can I know the same. And why does this loss of hair happens?

Thanks for the query. This is a common condition, and probably indicates a disturbed immune system. You may be having a condition called alopecia areata, if there are well defined patches of hair loss. However, this is the diagnosis most of the times. Treatment is simple and has different approaches. You need to discuss with a dermatologist to understand it at length. Skin is the mirror of internal health and to get a perfect skin you need to treat both ways - internally and externally. A healthy diet and lifestyle is mandatory to achieve results and to prevent recurrences.
