Small patch of small bumps on leg?

Good morning! I'm Thrisha, 18 years old, with a concern. I have this small patches of bumps on my skin that i don't know the cause of. It started on my arm (it took my hairs off that area) and then its on my leg. I would like to send pictures through email to show you to better explain it.
