SMALL muktiple lumps under the skin

Asked for Male, 26 Years

From the last few months multiple small subcentimeter lumps are forming under the skin...during its formation it pains a little when touched and after formation it becomes painless...Majority of them is on abdomen, back and few on both of thighs...Please help...m very concerned
