  4. Small lump on forearm. Please advise.

Small lump on forearm
A small lump has developed on my forearm in the past one or two months. It does not have puss of any kind nor is it painful. The colour has changed as I have constantly tried to remove the top skin myself. It does not give any issue except for the fact that it looks a bit odd. Please advise.
