  4. Small lump. To worry pls advise?

Small lump
Hello, My baby has got small movable lump on the lower side of the head on his backside  near neck, they are very small and very soft.. is it anything to worry Pls advise

Is is present since birth or has newly developed ? Is it increasing in size or static ? Is it painful or not ? How is the skin over the lump ? Any other systemic features ? All these things have to be taken into consideration before commenting anything on it
