Doctors didnt find any cause behind my Small Fiber Neuropathy.
I just doing walk , following anti inflammatory diet.
B12 is good in reports High normal .
B1 and B9 is on lowest side.

What all tests did you get done for small fiber neuropathy? Did you have genetic analysis for HSAN, Fabry and Tangier disease? HIV status, Celiac disease etc?
Only after a proper diagnosis and cause for small fiber neuropathy has been made, can a specific treatment be prescribed
