Small endometrial ployp in uterine cav
I am 36yr old and have small endrometrial ployp near uterine lower down, towards opening. Should i get it removed surgically or should I plan to conceive naturally?
What are pros and cons of not getting it removed ? Will it cause issues in pregnancy?
My report says endrometrial thickness as 13.2mm
Uterus measured 6.4*4.4*4.0cms
