Transbronchial lung biopsy for HPE says No malignancy seen.. Does this mean she has small cell lung cancer? Is it limited? Is it curable? It's confirmed cancer. If it exact 3 cm and not spread to any part of body, than its stage 1. And it's curable. But send all the report.
