  4. Small burn scars on face. Months time!

Small burn scars on face
Got genetic warts removed from face and neck areas last week by electrifying method by a dermatologist. However the treatment seemed not proper and it left severe small burn scars on face and neck area. I would like to know the suggestion for face cream/ointment so that the scars will dissolve soon and won't remain permanent marks as soon as possible in minimum time as I have my wedding planned in months time

Use non steroidal creams initially and latter switch to lightening topical creams..
