  4. Small burn. Is it a matter of worry?

I had laser hair removal for my eyebrows and there is a small area near it which got burnt..the skin there was red initially..then it swelled up a little and now the skin layer came out on its own..so its red now and one can see the a patch layer out?the doctor has asked me to apply fucibet and hydrogel...is it a matter of worry?
