  4. Small bumps on penis head. Are these?

Small bumps on penis head
I have found these small dots/bumps on my penis head 3-4 days ago. Yesterday there were 2 bumps only and today its 3. They do not itch or cause any discomfort but i think if some urine touches them they do cause slight discomfort feeling(not burning or pain) I had protected sex 1.5 years ago. But I do masterbate daily. And I do have serious hygiene issues. What are these?

Hii.. It can be balanitis due to various factors... It may also spread depending upon hygiene...
