Small bumps on face
I have small bumps on side of my cheek bone and forehead. They are in huge number. They are not pimples nor acne...just small bumps. Sometimes it get itchy. They often appears. I am on no medication... I apply no products on my face. I tried using quidrum it get less but as soon as I quit using it they appeared again in huge amount. I have no pimple on my face. Only these many bumps are present.

Since when Ur facing this issue
According to ur description it could be viral rash or allergic reaction .
Next Steps
I will definitely need pictures of ur face to understand ur problem better and advise u accordingly.
the ointment ur applying is probably steroid so pls stop using it.

wash ur face with facewash. avoid hard soaps. drink lemon water.
