Small black spots & holes

Asked for Male, 22 Years

Hello I had pimples past few yrs back after it all went some black spots came and also small small holes are also found in my nose with black spots I used to regularly wash my face in warm water but its not going.I'm not even have the habbit of using facial powder. Im using use any creams for my face. y this happens.
