Does small sized penis indicate and possible issues for a 10 year old boy. I have been noticing, but now it is becoming concerning as other people have also suggested to consult. I have not seen any morning erectness in him due to urine pressure ever. Is this normal? And will be ok as he grows or do I need to see any doctor. If yes, which specialization.
