Small amount of blood

Asked for Male, 18 Years

Hi,today when I went to toilet I noticed red or blood in my stool but it was only little amount like medium red dot in stool and I don't know what is the reason. Yesterday I ate carrot juice and eat papaya and also I was having cold and flu today

Nothing to worry about. Just keep motions soft by high fibre diet and lots of water (3-4lts atleast)
