Small amount of bleeding before peroids

Asked for Female, 19 Years

I had protected sex 22 march and there is no chance of getting pregenent too. Now from last 5 days i'm suffering from a huge trauma and stress. My peroid cycle of 28 to 29 days. My period was 2 march and now it would be on 30 or 31 march but today on 28 march in the morning i have a little bit red bleeding . I think it was my peroid but not it was not. What does it mean help me. Was it because of stress or something else help ... plzzz
