Last year I did medical check up for Job, my ECG was abnormal, then cardiologist did echo, TMT and holter test. Found normal but he said sometimes heartbeat very slow like stops. He advise me to do not work on height.
This year last week also same situation occurs, same advise he has given to me.
I am living normal life, jogging, walking every thing, my age is 41.
Should I worried about this, If I will change the job and go to another country is there chance of rejection.

Slow heart rate is common in people regularly doing strenuous activities like heavy labourer and long distance runners. If slow heart rate recovers on TMT and there us no history of syncope or giddiness on strenuous activity no further evaluation us recommended but a careful history and evaluation is warranted.
