Slow learning
She fell on her head when she was 4-5 years old and when took to the doctor he said if she vomits then it could be dangerous
She vomited after a while
I think she is a slow learner and faces difficulties while reading although she stands in top 5 of her class.
I have doubts about the impact that she got from falling down
What should be checked if somethings abnormal.

Hello, I went through your query, her grades in school, and your description of, her being creative and good sense of humor suggests, she is above the average of same age children. Coming to learning, speed of reading or learning varies widely among children or adults, simply pressuring them for higher grades induces stress and results in negative results. No need to worry about previous injury, it is not significant now, Consult neurologist if she had any episode of fits, other wise please don't worry, be happy.
