Slipped head hitted to wall
I got slipped and my head hitted with wall and i am having dizziness and one side pain in head , is it matter of concern should i go to ER or should i go for tests like MRI or CT scan , i am afraid if it is something serious like internal bleeding or anything or its normal will go away on its own else pls suggest me what to do
