Slightly high BUN levels
Hi, I am physically active, do weights and cardio and on a slightly high protein diet. Recently did a few routine testst and see a Blood Urea Nitrogen level of 23.3. wanted to know if this needs any attention or will it settle of i simplely reduce protein intake and have more water? Rest all tests are fine.

Yes should settle with increased water intake & reduction of protein. Avoid concentrated protein shakes/ whey protein powders
