Slight swelling of feet
I have observed that there is slight swelling of both feets when there is activity involved, like sitting or walking for certain time. It gradually subsides if taken rest( sleeping position). Is there anything to worry about.

hello der ders nothing to worry about it its natural....like edema occurs im the dependant parts which is lower limb while walking and sitting. ..elevation of  lower limbs will help...if it does not subside consult physician for further evaluation.
