Slight pain nearby heart
Dear sir
Present I am ok but some timea I am feeling slight pain in heart and somes at coughing also I am feeling pain.
Recently my doctor has taken ecg, echo , and TMT. All shown normal.
My doctor told position problem.
Few days back I felt left arm,left shoulder blade pain, left hand figer slight pains...then only I have gone through above tests. But they shown normal.
Why I am getting nearby heart only.
Kindly guide me

It's musculoskeletal pain. If it happens over the left sided chest muscle , you feel it's coming from heart. It's not so as your cardiac evaluation is normal.
