Recently I started consuming small amounts of Caesin Protein & Creatine to aid my workout. These came in the protein supplement I am taking (which primarly consists of whey along with small amounts of Caesin & Creatine).
Now I have slight constipation & bloating. You know that GI issues. What should I take to aid in my digestion?
