Slight burning in urethra
I had unprotected vaginal intercourse with a woman. She also performed unprotected oral sex on me. Since then I've been experiencing the following symptoms: most of the time I have a slight burning sensation in the urethra, sometimes my pc muscle seem fatigued for no apparent reason, sometimes there is a faint itch on my genitals, I am experiencing chapped lips and my mouth (inside of lips) sometimes has a slight burning sensation, my anus seems to be more itchy than normal (although I could just be dramatizing that one in my head). I had an std panel done about 2.5 weeks after initial contact. It tested for the usual suspects, chlamydia, syphilis, gonorrhea, hsv 1&2, hiv, trich...I know I'm missing a couple tests in there. Anyway, All of them came back negative (aside from hsv-1, which I've had). Before the results, doc started me on meds for trich. I took that for a week. I went back experiencing same symptoms. Doc started me on cipro. Any ideas what I'm actually experiencing?

Send me all your reports. Continue the antibiotic medications as prescribed by your family doctor.
Next Steps
call me if possible, it is very difficult to come to any conclusion right away. The antibiotic will empirically clear any bacterial infection if any. The risk of viral infection though remains
Health Tips
You need further testing. Avoid unprotected intercourse especially if it is with someone you do not know
