Slight body temperature(mild fever)

Hello Sir/Ma'am, I am having very mild body temperature(98.4/98.6)like feeling little bit of feverish(little bit sick), I don't have any cough or sneezing just little bit of body temperature. Can you please kindly advise me what medicine I should take for this. Kind Regards, Manas.

98.4 is not fever. If there is no symptom then nothing to be done. In case of feverish or headache take paracteamol
