Slight bleeding

Asked for Female, 26 Years

I have slight blood vaginal discharge occurs on 18 th and 19th day of the menstrual cycle. But its not a continuous or proper bleeding like periods. I have also a light pain in belly button area and also have back pain. Last month, IUI was done, but its not successful. Last menstrual period was on 7th Jan.Today is my 19 th day.. We have intercourse on 12,13,14, 16 and 18th day of cycle. Why thick vaginal blood discharge Occurs on 19.th day? Plz reply
