Vaginal discharge having blood/brown
The previous month was the first time I saw brown discharge and discharge with slight blood spotting ONE WEEK AFTER MY PERIOD ENDED, I thought it was normal as it could be some residue. This month again, after a week of my period ending, I'm seeing the same brown and bloody discharge.
Sexually INACTIVE. Not on any medications except thyroid, iron and vitamin D. Regularly working out. Spotting not continuous. No pain.
Is it something to worry about? Please do suggest what can be done about the same. And what could be the cause.

If it's mid cycle and your periods are regular then mostly it's ovulation spotting
Also check your tsh levels again if they are under control
