Sleepong at night

My problem is that i could not sleep at night i usually fell sleep late night at 3 am in the morning!!!

Hello Your problem seems to be because of poor sleep hygiene . avoid daytime naps , wake up early despite sleeping late ,get good physical exercise, avoid tea and coffee, you will automatically sleep early that night and your rhythm will be reset.
