Sleeplessness
My boyfriend's name Debjit Chakrabarty, his elder sister commit suicide on 2 april 2021 After this incident he gone through in very tough time.. and also in this situation in lockdown he is totally mentally isolated.. some how very introvert so can't talk about his situation.. can't sleep at night so he started taking ativan 1mg From 12 may 2021. But now it is almost finished so I wanted to know if he can take a sleeping pill for sleep? Pls help me if yes then pls prescribe some thing..

Hi , don’t use any sleeping pill without seeking a proper consultation by a psychiatrist. Get him assessed by a psychiatrist for needful and also by a psychologist for needful therapy
