Sleeping problem
I'm unable sleep at night from past few months... I'm trying it but i can't... I'm falling sleep around 3-4 am. i want to sleep early and wake up early

Hello.. Well there are various reasons fur insomnia...It's quite possible that you are continuously thinking something which is causing, stress, anxiety, depression which will cause the symptoms...Hope you understand... Thank you
