Sleeping problem and Excess Sweating
Hello Sir, I was before taking medication of Psytratic before 2012. Then I was continuosly taking zuclo 50 ( Clozapine 50mg) daily at night before sleep. Slowly I have reduced the power to 12.5 mg by taking one fourth since last five years. Due to excessive sleepiness, I am not taking these tablet from last five. And want to get rid of this medicine. Now I am facing problem in excessive sweat for all body feel like oily all days. And unable to sleep in the for 6-7 hrs. Only sleeping 4 hrs. My TLC report has result of 10500. Please help me with some medications for sweat problem and lete know whether I can able to withdraw clozapine for lifetime or not.

Clozapin is pshychtic drug, already  you stop drug,  so dont restart this and consult physician because you need prescription for  drugs help you to sleep. Excessive sweating might be due to stop taking drug. Nothing to worry,  drink plenty of water and use telcom powder after bath. Like Ponds etc after bath.

Clozapine, anti psychotic drug,should not be stopped suddenly . Symptoms of sweating are mostly due to stopping the drug suddenly. Consult psychiatrist for opinion.
