Sleeping position
I am 30 weeks pregnant. I try to sleep only on sides, but unfortunately I end up sleeping on back. It feels easy to breathe on back. I change my position every two hours as I keep getting up between sleep, yet I see that many times I am on my back. Is that harming the baby? How long should be the max time to play on back while sleeping

Lying in lateral position relieves pressure on your blood vessels & gives better blood supply to baby. That is why it is advocated. You can lie on your back in between.
