Sleeping not able to get

Dear sir My mother age 46 she was complaining since 15 days mostly night time she was not having proper sleep she was sleeping from 4am hold sleep .. till then she was disturbing to get sleep What is reason pls tell .. She dint have fever or any like that reason and treatment with tablet pls
