Sleeping more than 9 hrs
It seems I am suffering from jaundice, test report says Bilirubin has increased and I m feeling dizzy at some point .what should I eat to gain more energy, my exams are coming pls help

Hello, Avoid spicy and fried foods.Avoid junk and carbohydrate rich foods as liver needs to produce more bile to digest these foods and that may aggravate the condition.Avoid alcohol, coffee and tea. Drink boiled water and avoid non-pasteurized milk.Pulses and legumes should be avoided. Here is one diet plan, Breakfast: One fresh juicy fruit such as apple, pear, mango, papaya, or some grapes, or berries. One cup wheat broken wheat or one slice of whole meal bread with a little butter. Mid-morning: Orange or pear juice. Lunch: Raw vegetable salad, two small wheat tortilla of whole wheat flour, a steamed leafy vegetable such a. Spinach, fenugreek or carrot and a glass of buttermilk. Mid-afternoon: Coconut water or apple juice. Dinner: One cup strained vegetable soup, two wheat tortilla of whole meal, baked potato and one other leafy vegetable like fenugreek seeds, spinach, etc. Before retiring: A glass of hot skimmed milk with honey if desired.
