Sir, i am a eye patience. Power of my glasses is -4.25.now when i study, my eye is closed, exsessive eye blinking. I am also on antidepressants and antipsychotic. I am a ocd patience. Is it eye problem or due to medicine.

The sleeplessness is due to medicines you are using which gets aggravated by dryness due to reading.
So please put some lubricant eye drops eg teardrops 3to 4times daily and ocupol.dx eye oint to be rubbed twice daily on lids
For complete control over your problem,Please perform yoga.

Hello,
Excessive eye blinking can be due to dryness in your eyes. Some antidepressants and antipsychotic medicines can cause dryness of eyes. So start by using a lubricant eyedrop, (lubrex, justears), if your symptoms improve then it is indeed dryness.
If instead you feel drowsy then it is due to your medicines.
