I feel sleepy all the time. Like I usually wake up @ 7:30 and after freshening up , I start feeling sleepy again. And I can't concentrate on my studies at all. All I wanna do is sleep. And when I'm busy in activities, I don't feel sleepy. It's usually during studies and when I'm not doing anything creative. I feel I have sleep disorder or may be suffering from depression. Please help.

Hello... You need deep sleep for 7 to 8 hours ,you should get up and go to bed at regular timing each day.. Don't have too much of coffee or tea , avoid watching TV, playing games at bed , relax do breathing exercise ,listen to some music , do exercise in morning,don't take sleeping pills without consulting doctor
