Good day. I just want to ask some help about how to get rid of the sleeping problems that im experiencing. I experience sleep paralysis. I felt like my dreams are happening in real in that moment. I see and hear unknown voices and people in the room. I even see things and images that are scary. Like some kind of evil or demon. How is your place of sleep, if there is lack of ventilation in your room you could experience such uneasiness.
Does your sleeping schedule keep changing often, consult a doctor and get diagnosed to rule out any health related issues as it could be narcolepsy also. Dont go for self medication which is dangerous too.
There are many ways of curing and your doctor knows what suits you the best.
Improving sleep habits -- such as making sure you get six to eight hours of sleep each night
Using antidepressant medication if it is prescribed to help regulate sleep cycles
Treating any mental health problems that may contribute to sleep paralysis
Treating any other sleep disorders, such as narcolepsy or leg cramps.
